By maintaining clean, filtered airflow over your product, we take great care to minimize dust, debris, and other contaminants in each finish, in order to achieve a smooth surface and improved durability.
Our booth also provides consistent lighting and optimal temperature and humidity control, guaranteeing uniformity and a professional appearance across all items.

Our Process
1. Preparation
Achieving a high-quality paint finish starts with meticulous preparation. Just as a solid foundation is essential for a sturdy house, a properly prepared surface is crucial for lasting, professional results.
Before painting begins, we conduct a comprehensive inspection to identify and repair any faults or damage. All surfaces are thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, wax, grease, and residue, and any dents or imperfections are addressed to ensure a flawless base.

2. Sanding
Each material requires a tailored approach to preparation. Our experienced team assesses every project individually. If the surface is uneven, we sand and fill as needed to create a smooth, paint-ready substrate. Delicate materials may require hand preparation only. For example, aluminium surfaces undergo acid etching and chromate conversion, while raw steel is treated with a class 2.5 abrasive blast to ensure optimal adhesion
3. Booth Setup
After preparation, your item is carefully loaded into our protective spray booth. We suspend it on a portable gantry system, allowing for even paint application on all surfaces. Proper jigging is essential-if not done correctly, it can lead to damage or leave unwanted marks on the finished product.
4. Primetime
With the item securely jigged, we apply a primer coat to promote strong paint adhesion. Depending on the environment your product will face, we may also add an intermediate high-build coat using a spray gun in our booth. Environmental factors like dew point, humidity, and temperature are closely monitored to ensure optimal results. Our expertise guides the sequence and application of coats, ensuring the protective finish both looks and performs at its best
5. Bring the Colour
Once priming is complete, we apply the colour coats, and clear coats if required. We offer virtually unlimited colour options and can apply multiple colours in a single job. After curing, every job undergoes a rigorous quality assurance check to guarantee a flawless finish before delivery to you
